There are 3 basic ways of making investing real estate working for anybody.
1) Acquisition- make your money when buying; Folks this is the right time now, some US properties are 60% lower than 2006 price.
2) operation- makes your money while you’re operating it. Right now there are so many foreclosures and a lot of Americans are not buying due to job lost, banks are tightening up lending; they are turning into renters, thus making revenue for your operation.
3) Disposition- makes your money when you sell it.
